Contact us via email to cancel your order. If your order has NOT been shipped, your order will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email. If your order has shipped, you will need to return your items unused and in the original packaging. Return instructions will be provided via email.
You will receive an order tracking number after your order has been processed. You tracking number will be sent to your email if you provided it during checkout, or by text message if your phone number was provided.
There are several potential reasons for not receiving an order number. Please read the following solutions to resolve the issue.
1. Your order may not have been completed. Please check your payment method and confirm payment. If you cannot confirm, you may place your order again and contact us via email with any issues.
2. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered in checkout. Please check any additional email boxes, including junk mail. If you still cannot locate your order confirmation, we will be happy to resend it.
3. You may log into your Cooki Bloom account to retrieve all current and previous order information.

In order to protect the integrity of your graphic shirt, it is important that you carefully follow care instructions.
Machine wash in cold water (40 degrees recommended). Use spin cycle to remove any access water. Remove immediately as extended wet time may cause damage to the design. Lay flat to dry. Iron on the opposite side.
If you experience cracks in the design, it may be corrected with reapplying INDIRECT heat and MED-HIGH pressure to the design.
