We do not accept returns or exchanges on worn or used items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original product packaging. You will also need your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be responsible for any shipping charges. Cooki Bloom is not responsible for items lost in transit when shipped by the customer. Items shipped without tracking information will forfeit refunds/exchanges if packages are lost or damaged.
We do not accept returns on SALE or DISCOUNTED ITEMS. Additional items may be restricted (i.e. face masks, worn jewelry).

Refunds
We will notify you within 3 business days of receiving the returned items. After we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be informed of your options or refunded amount via email. If approved for return, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges are not refunded.
Buyers may be charged restocking fee or return shipping (to be deducted from your refund) for multiple returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you believe we have committed an error. We will evaluate the issue and make our best effort to correct it. We encourage you to include your order number, photos and any additional descriptions to improve our response.
Damages caused by improper wear, improper use, improper care, or occurring after the item was received will not be accepted for refund/exchange.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (i.e. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (i.e. beauty products), face masks or pierced earrings/jewelry. We also do not accept returns for or including hazardous materials, flammable liquids, body fluids, or gases. Please Contact Us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges under the following conditions.To start an exchange, you must contact us at customerservice@cookibloom.com. If your exchange is accepted and items are in stock, you will receive a return authorization and instructions. Please ship your purchase using the provided shipping label. Your shipment must include tracking information. Read carefully for your options. Multiple exchanges on the same order/item will require the customer to pay for ALL shipping charges subsequent to the first return.
Option 1: This is the fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want. Return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item/size/option. You will be refunded for the initial item when accepted. See Return Instructions above.
