Shipping times
Shipping costs are in addition to product pricing and varies based on weight, distance, and service providers. Shipping services are provided through the United States Postal Service, UPS, or DHL to be determined and communicated by CookiBloom.com. Shipping times are in addition to processing times and may be effected by postal delays. Priority 1-3 shipping is available for an additional fee to the customer, but shipping time is not guaranteed by Cooki Bloom. Tracking is included with all mail orders.
Orders placed to CookiBloom.com receive order confirmations and shipment confirmations to the customer email provided at checkout. Shipment confirmation emails include tracking information to customers.

Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available in the city of Macon, GA and some surrounding areas for all orders. Processing times are between 1-3 days and customers may select a delivery date. All local deliveries will be placed at the nearest accessible entrance to the location (i.e. front door, porch, reception desk).
The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the location. If there is a gated entrance, the entry code/instructions must be provided in the note section of the order. Any potential concerns for safety will result in cancellation of delivery and order.
